FAQ
Have questions about our coco peat products or export process? We're here to help. Reach out to our team for more information.
Contact UsCoco peat, also known as coir peat, is the fine material extracted from coconut husks during coir fiber processing. It is widely used as a growing medium in horticulture due to its exceptional moisture retention, high air capacity, and natural resistance to bacteria and fungi. It is 100% organic, biodegradable, and an eco-friendly alternative to traditional peat moss.
Inter Horizon exports a range of premium coco peat products including coco peat grow bags (Growbag 1000–4000), compressed coco peat blocks (5kg), coir husk chips, and coir fiber. All products are manufactured at our facility in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka using carefully selected and screened raw coconut materials.
We supply to growers and distributors across the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. Our products are accepted by growers around the world due to their consistent quality, reliable supply, and eco-friendly credentials. If you are interested in becoming a distributor or placing a bulk order, please contact us directly.
The four grow bag variants differ in their coco peat and husk chip composition. Growbag 1000 is 100% natural coco peat, Growbag 2000 contains 70–80% natural material with 20–30% crushed husk chips, Growbag 3000 contains 30–40% natural material with 60–70% crushed chips, and Growbag 4000 is 100% crushed husk chips. The right choice depends on your crop type, drainage requirements, and water availability.
